Expect the Acumen Nation set to deliver all the old school industro-rock madness, complete with a couple tunes from Iron Lung Corporation and more from the 90s albums. Big thanks to Stromkern for joining us for the last two dates, bringing sweet WTII further into the sordid picture. Shake off the jungle and prepare to stomp with more breakbeats and aggrotek as DJ? Acucrack closes each night out with attention to the dancefloor.
Expect mad merchandise archives at clearance prices and lots of time to spend with the all the bands at the bar, everything must go, including us. This mini tour will also be your last chance to hear a lot of the old Acu-songs live, as well as see DJ? Acucrack and Acumen Nation together again. All that, and Cyanotic's first tour endeavor with the Cracknation crew.
This is a call to arms for people who have interest in joining the Cyanotic street team. Send an email to email@example.com and we can set you up with access to promo materials and all that goodness. This will not be the average street team, where you do a bunch of promotional work for a band and get nothing in return. We are going to be offering backstage passes, free merchandise and more, as a token of our appreciation.
We want to make sure this thang is as big of success as possible. That means help from fans who want to see this thang get the attention it deserves, posting updates via personal websites, MySpace bulletins, LiveJournal entries and via message board, Yahoo groups, electronic / industrial music mailing lists and overall excess promo whorage for the next few weeks.
I have press kits including pics and logos for all of the bands appearing on the tour -- just get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have interest, want to discuss details, forward links, etc.
